Poetry fun for youngsters

TWO programmes relating to the use of words and poetry will be presented at MiliM, the Leeds Jewish Literary Festival.

The festival continues with Fun With Words, a poetry workshop for children aged seven-11.

It will be presented on Thursday (3.30pm) by Joshua Seigal at The Zone.

Joshua will be performing his own poetry and leading a short writing activity.

Copies of Joshua’s book, I Don’t Like Poetry, will be available to buy.

Admission is free, but children must be accompanied by an adult.

The festival’s Poetry Cafe features James Nash and Emma Gordon at the Lounge, Stonegate Way. (7.30pm)
