GET out the glitter and the spandex, the movers and shakers are taking to the dance floor again.
This spring, the annual community fundraiser Dancing Strictly returns for the third time to the Grammar School at Leeds.
A twist on the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing format, the spectacular is fundraiser Jane Clynes' creation.
As rehearsals get underway and dancers are being put through their paces, five lucky local organisations will benefit from their dance extravaganza when the proceeds are handed out.
Jane cannot contain her excitement as she herds some 50 participants through the early stages of rehearsal into the hands of the professionals.
"Training is looking great, everyone's having the time of their lives, and once again we've managed to put together a fantastic team. They're really working hard," she said.
"The event is a great crowd-puller and it's terrific to see the community coming together to support us."
Ceroc routines, fusing salsa, ballroom, hip hop, tango and jive, have been choreographed by tutors from Dance Ceroc Yorkshire, enabling volunteers from across the community to showcase their routines in a grand finale.
And this year there's a new variation to the format as Strictly Junior is introduced to the proceedings.
A group of 20 youngsters aged 12-16 will take to the floor to reinforce how the show has become the community's flagship for family entertainment.
And a panel of well-known judges will add to the fun.
The dancing finale, on Sunday, March 25, will again be staged in two performances, matinee and evening, and will include six leading men and women and an exhibition of group dancers as well as a chance for the youngsters to strut their stuff on the dance floor.
Tickets are available from February 26.
