CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE OF ANNOUNCEMENTS AND ADVERTISEMENTS The proprietors of the Jewish Telegraph reserve the right to make any alteration deemed necessary to conform to the style and standards of the Jewish Telegraph and do not guarantee the insertion of any particular advertisement in a specified position, on a specified date or at all, although every effort will be made to meet the wishes of advertisers. Further they do not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by an error or inaccuracy in the publication of an advertisement or its omission. They reserve the right to levy an appropriate charge in the event of cancellation. Signatures of both parties involved are required in the case of some announcements. No re-publication or refunds will be offered in the case of minor errors or alterations which do not affect the value of the advertisement. In the event of major errors, or the Jewish Telegraph’s failure to adhere to an advertiser’s guidelines, a repeat publication of the advertisement will be offered on the next available publication date. An order for an advertisement shall amount to an acceptance of the above conditions. Information may be used by the Jewish Telegraph for marketing purposes. If payment is not in Pounds Sterling, there will be a supplement. Please add the equivalent of £25 to your payment to cover our banking and administration charges. Interest will be charged at 5% per month on all overdue accounts.
