| MMA rising star Rocco is fighting to become a household name | |
TEENAGER Rocco Bernstein is so committed to his career as an mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter that according to mum Debbie "he'll go to bed early to ensure he s ready for the hours of training the following day".
She added: "We'll often find him meditating on how to prepare mentally for a fight." The Mancunian entered the sport at a young age. The 17-year-old said: "My dad took me to Manchester Top Team in Ashton-under-Lyne and I immediately liked it.
