MMA rising star Rocco is fighting to become a household name

TEENAGER Rocco Bernstein is so committed to his career as an mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter that according to mum Debbie "he'll go to bed early to ensure he s ready for the hours of training the following day".

She added: "We'll often find him meditating on how to prepare mentally for a fight."

The Mancunian entered the sport at a young age. The 17-year-old said: "My dad took me to Manchester Top Team in Ashton-under-Lyne and I immediately liked it. I'd started off with Brazilian jiu-jitsu when I was eight and I've been doing MMA for five years now.
